After being shot at,former Japanese prime minister Shinjo Abe remains in the hospital without vital signs.Yamagami Tetsuya ,the 41-year-old resident of Nara who fired the shots at Abe has been arrested.            Yamagami Tetsuya ,the man who fired two shots at Abe ,used a gun that he appear to have made himself ,soon after the attack ,the man was arrested and report said that he did not make an attempt to run away.
